On the 14th of August, Nepal National Mountain Guide Association (NNMGA) held its General Meeting in Thamel, Katmandu.
Two sessions were organized. The first developed as a Technical Workshop in which the members of the Central Executive Board and the Technical Committee participated and various issues regarding technical aspects of Guide Courses were discussed in order to uplift the guide education formation in Nepal.
The second part of the agenda was led by Mr. Ang Norbu Sherpa, president of the association and General Secretary Mr. Tul Singh Gurung and covered the presentation of the yearly progress report. Treasurer Mr. Tenzeeng Sherpa presented the yearly financial report.
To close the meeting several various topics were discussed among the members.
