On the last weekend of April, more than 180 mountain guides met in Santa Caterina, Italy for the 46th mountain guide ski race. Gorgeous winter weather prevailed at the races on Saturday. For the first time the promotion race was carried out after the giant slalom, after the Gunderson regulation.This made the competitions even more exciting.
The excellent gala dinner in the Sunny Valley restaurant was the harmonious conclusion of this comradely event.
Many thanks to the mountain guide association Ortles-Cevedale, with Alberto, Erminio, Tino and Tullio, for the great organization and hospitality.
The next championship, 23. -26. April 2020 will take place in Valle d'Aosta.
